The Theopolitan

By Peter Leithart

My WordPress dashboard tells me I've published 13,203 posts since I started blogging in 2004. If my posts average a mere 200 words, that's 2.6 million words. It could be twice that.

I don't blog much anymore, but for the past several years, I've been writing a weekly newsletter, The Theopolitan. Later this week, we'll send out issue #200 .

Like my blog, The Theopolitan shows symptoms of ADD. There are book reviews, discussions of poetry and literature, snatches of biblical theology, rants and punditry, philosophical and theological reflections, occasional movie and TV reviews, the sporadic foray into faux-haiku and amateur fiction.

Unlike my blog, The Theopolitan isn't free. It's sent only to Theopolis Partners who have ponied up by donating at least $500 per year or $50 per month to Theopolis.

Sound expensive? It's not. Each issue runs about 2400 words, so Partners get roughly 125,000 words a year. If you donate $500, you'll receive 250 words for each dollar you spend. Trust me, every word is worth the ha'penny you pay for it.

Donate here to start receiving The Theopolitan . Whadda deal, whadda deal!
