Welcome to the Trinity House web site. It’s unfinished, as you’ll soon discover, but it’s more finished than it was, and for that we are very grateful. Thanks to David Dalbey for the design, and to my son Sheffield for the execution.
Trinity House exists to advance the reformation of the church by training pastors, aspiring pastors, and lay Christians to grasp more of the Bible’s infinite riches, to worship with enthusiasm, intelligence, and joy, and to cultivate a way of life that will make the church a faithful agent of cultural transformation.
Our name says it all: The church is the house of the Triune God, which He hospitably opens to all who trust Jesus. Our aim is to join with many others in striving to make this house a suitable place for Triune glory (Psalm 26:8). The church is the nucleus of the world to come, which is also destined to be a house for the Father, Son, and Spirit, and so as we pursue edification of the church we also strive in hope for the world to become a house God inhabits.
On this site, we will post essays written by the fellows of Trinity House: James Jordan, Founder and Director of Biblical Horizons; Jeff Meyers, pastor of Providence Reformed Presbyterian Church in St. Louis; Rich Lusk, pastor of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Birmingham, Alabama; Steve Wilkins, pastor of Auburn Avenue Presbyterian Church, Monroe, Louisiana; Richard Bledsoe, a Presbyterian minister in Boulder, Colorado; John Barach, pastor of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Sulphur, Louisiana; and me, Peter Leithart, President of Trinity House. We will post news about Trinity House and the doings of its fellows, and we will occasionally publish essays by other writers.
In the coming months, we will add course listings for our 2013-14 intensive courses and provide an online registration page. You will soon be able to donate to Trinity House from the web site. We are still sending out our e-newsletter, In Medias Res , and you can sign up by putting your name and email address in the subscription box on this page.
Welcome, and come back to visit soon.

Regional Course: How to Sing the Psalms
The Psalter is the hymnbook of the church. For too long, the psalter has taken a far-secondary place in the worship of God's people. And when psalms are sung, they are often changed drastically from what the Spirit gave us. In this course, Paul Buckley and Brian Moats will explore…
